Terms of Use

Effective date: 21 August 2026. These Terms govern your use of the Seed website.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Seed website (the "Website"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Who we are

The Website is operated by Seed Marketing Group Limited (SeedMGL) (NZBN 9429047483255), a New Zealand company that trades as Seed ("Seed", "we", "us", "our") and provides virtual reception and digital services to businesses across Australia and New Zealand, from local offices in Sydney, Australia and Christchurch, New Zealand.

2. Using the Website

You may use the Website to learn about our services, contact us, and make an enquiry or start a free trial. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes, and not to:

We may suspend, withdraw or restrict access to all or part of the Website at any time, including for maintenance, without notice.

3. Enquiries, forms and information you submit

When you submit an enquiry, quote request, trial request or other information through the Website, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract for services, it is a request that we will follow up. Any services we go on to provide are governed by a separate agreement (see section 5).

We handle personal information you submit in line with our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, all content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, layout and design, is owned by or licensed to Seed and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you must not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish or distribute our content without our permission. The Seed name and logo are our trade marks and may not be used without our consent.

5. Services are governed by a separate agreement

The Website describes our services and their features, prices and inclusions for general information. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, and it does not form part of any services contract. If you engage Seed, the services we provide, including any free trial, reception, email, billboard or build services, are governed by the specific terms we agree with you. Where the Website and a signed services agreement differ, the services agreement applies.

Free-trial terms, pricing and inclusions described on the Website may change, and are subject to confirmation when you sign up.

6. Third-party links and portals

The Website may link to third-party websites and portals that we do not control, including our client login portals (for example the CRM login and the billboard booking portal). We provide those links for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, products, services or privacy practices of third-party sites, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

7. Disclaimers and your consumer rights

We take reasonable care to keep the Website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Website content is provided for general information and may change without notice.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986, that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to section 7, Seed is not liable for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website, or from reliance on any content on it.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on the Website, and the effective date at the top shows when it was last updated. By continuing to use the Website after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, where Seed is incorporated. If you access the Website from Australia, nothing in these Terms limits the rights and protections you have under the Australian Consumer Law (see section 7). You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
